15-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Lonrad, that’s why we offer a 15-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 15 days from the delivery date. Please Contact Customer Service for the details of return or exchange to process your return.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 15 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has a tracking number on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Note:
-Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable Items:

1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange.
2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable

Refunds:

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Please Note:
-The shipping rate before the discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

How to Make a Return:
Step1: Request a return
Submit a return request by contacting our Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order. Please attach the explanations and photographs stating the reason for your return. In the case of size deviation, please note the difference between the actual ordered item and you received item, which will save us processing time and speed up your refund. We reserve the right to not accept the return without prior approval from our Customer Service.

Step2: Pack up & Send off your items
Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address and detailed return procedures. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 working days upon receiving the return form.

– Please only use the normal economic Post Office Service. (UPS returns are only available within the U.S.)
– Please record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress. Lonrad is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Step3: Refund processing
All of the returned item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund within 3-5 working days after confirming that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payments will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.

Please Note:

We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition. All returns must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and salable with original tags and packaging. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

About Parcel Rejection: We reserve the right not to process the full refund to you if parcels are rejected without contacting us before. Under this situation, the parcels may be lost during the way back since it was not recorded and it will not be tracked along the way back.

Lonrad will reimburse customers $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.

1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Lonrad within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

Order Information Change:

1. If you would like to change your order information within 24 hours of purchase, it will be free; additional 30% charges will incur if you change order information after 24 hours. Orders placed after 48 hours will not be modified or changed. Please contact our customer service if you have any problems.
2. The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.

Cancellation Policy:

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

Generally, all items will be sent into production 12 hours after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
If you would like to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund no questions asked. For cancellations please send us an email via tiktok@lonradboy.com with your order number and we’ll process your request.
